Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and Anchor stakeholders to assess building services design for new build and regeneration projects. Your aim will be to ensure a cohesive installation that aligns with Anchor’s design and specification requirements, delivering the scope of design and contract packages.
- Provide technical support to the Development Team and internal stakeholders, offering your expertise in building services across the project lifecycle. Your role includes inspecting works and flagging quality issues to the relevant Project Delivery lead.
- Review schedules and programs, ensuring timely commissioning of Building Services before project completion, and verifying accurate certification and documentation.
- Contribute to the assessment of developments, new products, and construction techniques, driving improvements in building services design for Anchor’s development schemes. Collaborate with the Anchor Development team to update design guides and Employers Requirements
