Description:
Responsibilities:
- A leader with a minimum of five years of engineering management experience in a facility maintenance role
- Minimum of five (5) years of building operations and/or facilities management experience
- Relevant trade certifications (electrical/plumbing/millwright/HVAC) or post-secondary
- A Licensed Professional Engineer – with expertise in complex mechanical and electrical assets. Ideally fluent in Building Systems, and familiar with Automation/ Controls
- A critical thinker with exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, SLA/KPI interpretation skills
- An individual with proven ability to develop & maintain positive working relations with Team members (internal/external).
- P3 experience is considered an asset
- Familiarity of building, safety and fire codes
- Ability to be agile and ready to change gears to suit priorities
- Willing to be on-call / manage on-call rotation
- Security clearance is a requirement
