Responsibilities:
In this role, you will bring to life the many sustainable and complex buildings RVA delivers for its clients. Additionally, you will lead teams of experts from our Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation/Controls departments for projects within our Building Services group.
You will work to match RVA’s capabilities with our clients’ needs, and cross-sell RVA’s services from multiple business lines. Consistent with RVA’s culture of ownership, you will take personal ownership of your projects and see them through the entire lifecycle from proposal preparation to commissioning.

You help to motivate other people, share positive recognition you receive, and give immediate constructive feedback to your team when needed. You advocate for your team both internally and externally, and you have resilience to solve problems that may arise on a project. You trust in your team’s skills to get the job done.
RVA is committed to helping you succeed, as your success is RVA’s success.
