Building Supervisor cum Safety Officer

CG Group is sourcing for full time 1 x building supervisor to take up the challenge to oversee a team of solar panel, aluminum structure and cabling works + trunking works installer.

• Prefer experience in engineering, steel structure, electrical work, building construction trade. Able to interpret As-built technical drawings.
• To take instruction from Project Manager, liaise, coordinate and arrange for installation at specified location.
• Ensure instruction are passed down to worker with clear communication, briefing on toolbox meeting, work place safety before work commence on the day.
• Check & inspect all installation are accordingly to the technical drawing, check for accuracy & integrity.
• Able to think out of the box, and react quickly to project changes or last minute amendment.
• Contract duration: 1 year (renewable)
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Basic Salary package: $2400 to $2800 Possess class 3 driving license, registered MOM safety officer is a plus point.
• Additional allowance of $250 for successful candidate.
• Truck will be provided, logisitic support to work site, collect materials, assist in procurement.
• Working Days: Mon to Fri 7am to 6pm.
• Saturday: 7.30am to 1.30pm | Sun & PH: OFF

Job require speed and able to work as a team. Attractive incentive / bonus will be award if installation target is achieve within a year
Able to work independently in a fast pace environment, possess good attitude, experience supervisor in building construction trade may apply. Salary commensurate based on experience.
