Description:
- Assist to programme schedules for vessels
- arrange the vessels to do loading , bunkering , shipyards base on jobs taken
- entering some adminstrative data with respects to bunkering
- application of vessel schedules related permits such as ship yard permit , gas free permit, nea permit
- knowedege on bunkering SS648
- required to board vessel every alternate weel
- must not be sea sick
- on rotation shift with another programmer
