Various positions available for our Branch in Worthing

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle foreign exchange/ Currency Exchange transactions for customers
  • Maximize store revenue by upselling and cross selling
  • Processing of debit/credit card payments and perform cash handling accurately
  • Adhering to operational and compliance regulation, training and competences, complaints, data protection and office procedure.
  • Perform international money transfer for customers.
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
  • Using spreadsheet to record day to day transactions
  • Answer incoming customer calls and enquiries to the office
  • Building relationship with clients
  • Contribute to improve current business process.
