Various positions available for our Branch in Worthing
Key Responsibilities
- Handle foreign exchange/ Currency Exchange transactions for customers
- Maximize store revenue by upselling and cross selling
- Processing of debit/credit card payments and perform cash handling accurately
- Adhering to operational and compliance regulation, training and competences, complaints, data protection and office procedure.
- Perform international money transfer for customers.
- Assist in inventory management
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Using spreadsheet to record day to day transactions
- Answer incoming customer calls and enquiries to the office
- Building relationship with clients
- Contribute to improve current business process.

Previous experience in a money exchange/bureau de change or similar business would be advantage but not essential.
