Are you passionate about providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences? Join our dynamic team as a taproom server/retail associate at our taproom in Dartmouth! We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with a love for craft beverages and a knack for delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist in choosing from our diverse selection of craft beers.
- Display in-depth knowledge of our offerings (both beverage and merchandise)
- Engage with patrons, offering recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle payments efficiently and accurately, providing seamless transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized taproom by completing daily cleaning duties and assisting in general upkeep.
Occasionally support events as needed (gold tournaments, beer festivals, tastings) where you’ll engage with a diverse crowd, share your enthusiasm for our beers, and help attendees discover their new favorites.
Qualifications:
A passion for craft beverages and a willingness to learn about our beer.
- Strong communication skills, with an approachable and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to multitask.
- Prior experience in a similar hospitality role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
