Boxgrove C of E Primary School is a very small, mixed-age primary school located in a semi-rural setting. With just 75 pupils on roll, we pride ourselves on our close-knit, friendly community and supportive staff team. Bursar/Office Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Bursar/Office Administrator to join our dedicated team and provide a full range of finance and administrative support to our school. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be responsible for:
• Managing the school’s finance system (Bromcom)
• Overseeing the school’s information database (Bromcom)
• Undertaking a range of administrative and reception duties
Key Requirements:
• Strong financial management skills and experience using finance software
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
• Outstanding organisational and administrative abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Desirable Qualities:
• Previous experience in a school or education setting
• Knowledge of the Bromcom system
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks
Salary: Grade 7 (14-19 depending on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week - Term time (plus INSET days & 5 days in school holidays)
