Description:

We are currently looking for passionate Account Managers, preferably sales experience, strong customer service experience.
In this role as an Account Manager, you will be making Outbound calls to both Australian and New Zealand businesses, promoting current sales promotions for Bursons. Dialer and manual calling. Surveying current customers.
Although not a hard sales role, sales experience would be helpful as you will be focusing on building positive relationships with our business customers, leveraging your negotiation and objection handling skills, driving sales into the business.
Our team are driven to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & target, while keeping the integrity of the business, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Sales experience would be beneficial, strong customer service experience a must
  • Negotiation and objection handling skills
  • B2B experience preferrable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilience and target driven
  • An interest in the automotive industry or cars
