As a Bus Performance Officer you will act as the secondary and supporting contact at TfGM for bus operators, liaising with colleagues across the organisation to help facilitate effective communications, and will work with Service Account Managers to help improve compliance with agreed standards of service, and review and report performance issues that arise. You will establish working relationships with a group of operators and attend regular performance meetings, where you will take minutes and support the Service Account Managers. You will also review service monitoring results from a variety of sources and will use these results to identify performance and compliance issues.
