Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing brand plans, driving brand growth and market penetration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Drive digital and e-commerce initiatives, leveraging digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Contribute to the definition of product budgets, analyzing economic data and proposing budget allocations for individual products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication plans, media planning, and advertising/promotion strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
