Job description
9 HOURS PER WEEK - MONDAY 8.00AM TO 5.30PM
We are seeking an administrator to join our Woodlands Faculty Office administrative team. You will undertake general administration and act as a point of contact for customers both internal and external.
You will be responsible for the administration of key aspects of the Faculty Office function and will have recent experience of using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel, teamed with excellent customer service and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The hours of work are Monday 8.00am to 5.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
