Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are on an exciting journey of transformation with the aim to continually grow and develop our emerging talent across the organisation. As part of this change, we are expanding our team with the new positions of Business Administration apprentices.
As the business evolves and transforms, the Business Admin apprentice will play a pivotal role in assisting the future development and growth of employees including early years & Industrial Placement ongoing support as well as supporting ongoing training needs and other HR requirements. You will also support community projects such as STEM events and careers fairs, you will be well supported by the Training & Development Lead & HR Lead.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help to innovate, enhance, and develop our early years, graduate, and industrial placement programmes to be best in class.
- Assist with providing effective pastoral and welfare support to all assigned emerging talent.
- Support the onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Help facilitate and implement key development initiatives including a range of enrichment activities.
- Assist with coordination of Outreach / STEM activities across the region.
- Be a key link between Collins Aerospace and a wide network of universities and colleges.
- Working alongside our leadership teams and business partners in the business planning process to identify, diagnose and plan to address learning needs and skill gaps.
