ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths, at grades 4/C or above.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will rotate between four key departments over the course of the apprenticeship, spending six months in each. This structure provides a broad understanding of business functions and administrative support. During each rotation, you will assist with the following tasks:
- Department 1: Energy Analyst Support
- Drafting and sending emails and letters to clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Requesting data from suppliers via email and phone.
- Assisting in extracting relevant data from invoices and entering it into spreadsheets.
- Supporting with client account queries.
- Submitting online forms and ensuring information is accurately logged.
- Inputting data into CRM systems and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assisting with contract preparation and documentation.
- Managing general office duties such as printing, scanning, and redirecting calls.
- Helping with data cleansing and record updates.
- Assisting with change of tenancy procedures, registrations, and terminations.
- Providing basic status reports to Client Managers and Directors.
- Occasionally supporting client site visits by preparing documents.
- Department 2: Bill Validation Support
- Assisting the team with validating client bills for accuracy.
- Entering and organizing invoice data into systems for review.
- Supporting with identifying discrepancies between bills and contracts.
- Helping maintain accurate and organized billing records.
- Assisting with invoice audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Liaising with suppliers to clarify billing issues.
- Tracking and reporting on bill validation progress.
- Department 3: Pricing Support
- Assisting the pricing team by gathering and entering data for pricing analyses.
- Helping to prepare and send pricing proposals to clients.
- Assisting with updating pricing models and spreadsheets with the latest market data.
- Supporting with supplier pricing comparisons and contract renewals.
- Managing administrative tasks related to pricing reports and communications.
- Assisting with maintaining pricing databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinating pricing information between internal teams and external suppliers.
- Department 4: MYZeero Support
- Assisting in managing data and reports related to energy consumption and efficiency.
- Helping with the input and analysis of energy usage data from clients.
- Supporting the MYZeero platform by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
- Assisting clients with queries related to the MYZeero system.
- Helping to generate reports and presentations on energy usage and savings opportunities.
- Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks related to energy efficiency projects.
- Assisting with any updates or changes to client accounts within the MYZeero platform.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong interest in business administration and a desire to develop skills across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
