We are seeking a dynamic and experienced operations and administration professional to join our Firmwide AI team. As the bridge between technology and business strategy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the access of our GenAI ventures. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee project milestones, and contribute to the growth of innovative AI solutions.

- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring ensuring deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget
- Work closely with Finance to maintain annual budget, communicate status across leadership team, and ensure team is operating within budgeted spend
- Maintain regular headcount reporting, and work in close partnership with Human Resources and Recruiting to track status of open headcount across department, also partnering with Sourcing and Finance, ensure proper contracts and onboarding of Consulting engagements and temporary employees, and review regular analytics to ensure compliance with policies and operations within budget, advising managers as needed
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to agenda content and organization, may prepare materials for senior management and/ or team events
- Assist with onboarding activities for employees and contingent workers – to include coordination with HR/ sourcing, as well as providing new hire materials and guides, and also additional projects may include involvement with training & development opportunities, senior management presentations, preparation for senior management meetings
- Assist with ServiceNow Ticket Reviews, EPR request secondary approvals, Recurring Entitlement Mgmt. (Aveksa, Enterprise Role reviews, In/Out of role reviews, etc.), Review dashboard/Metrics, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Ability to thrive in a face-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying updated in the latest advancements in AI technologies and training methods.
You might also have:
- Financial Services Industry experience
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly in the areas of AI, machine learning and/or data analytics
- Understanding of AI concepts and tools, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
