About the role
Balfour Beatty Living Places has an exciting opportunity to bring a Business Administrator onboard to join a team of Permit Compliance Officers based in Hereford. This is a 13 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave with the possibility of it turning into a perm position.
What you’ll be doing

On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation and management of legal orders for Temporary Traffic Restrictions.
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of Section 50 Private Streetworks Licences.
  • Issuing requests for invoices & tracking payments.
  • Producing maps showing extents of works or traffic restrictions & diversion routes.
  • Providing other general admin support where required.
