Description:

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

Overall Objective: To provide support to the Practice Manager and Patent Secretaries
The job requires flexibility and willingness to operate in any capacity within the job description to achieve the overall objective.
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. 1 hour for lunch.
Location: Riverside, Sheffield, S9 2RX
Pay: £12ph

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Post inbox, recording key dates in diary and on in-house Dynamics CRM System.
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Supporting the secretarial, formalities and attorney teams with high quality administrative work such as filing, typing, data entry, preparation of paper and electronic documents and emailing.
  • Checking, processing and recording sales invoices, on Excel/Xero, different currencies
  • Checking, processing Purchase invoices from UK suppliers and foreign agents, different currencies.
  • Assisting with month end preparation, including running reports..
  • Assisting with credit control.
