Are you a confident and customer-focused business administrator, who’s passionate about great customer service? Then you could be just who we’re looking for. Join the nation’s largest Healthcare Charity and be part of a talented team, doing incredible work to shape the health of the nation.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Administrator to join our team in London. Operationally responsible for supporting the Business Administration Manager in the delivery of business administration activities pertinent to the complete capture of operational data. You will also be responsible for completing administrative duties as required by the Business Administration Manager.
You will ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar healthcare setting, preferably within private healthcare. Whilst not strictly a finance-based role, some familiarity with billing process and/or booking systems would be useful. Along the way, you will build strong relationships with consultants, hospital senior leaders, a wide range of healthcare professionals and, of course, patients. Working collaboratively alongside the senior management team, you will ensure patients benefit from the best possible service while supporting efficient and streamlined business processes.
