Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Supporting your apprentices through the learning journey and delivering an outstanding learner experience through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensuring your apprentices are on track to complete their apprenticeship.
  • Delivering regular coaching sessions and check ins for all apprentices and ensure that employers are up to date with apprentice progress.
  • Helping review, develop and deliver the learning content, and delivery model for the apprenticeship programme.
  • Designing and facilitating engaging and relevant apprentice training through group sessions including live sessions and in person delivery days.
  • Being involved in coordinating the training activities delivered in partnership with our employers and industry experts.
  • Assessing your apprentices’ work and provide timely and developmental feedback.
  • Managing your scheduled activities to ensure the timely achievement of learners.
  • Complying with any quality procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Building strong and lasting relationships with each of the apprentices and employers you support.
  • Providing additional pastoral support for apprentices as required.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST:

  • Have experience as a Skills Coach delivering the Business Administrator standard or extensive knowledge and experience as a Business Administration professional.
  • Be passionate about helping people to enhance their careers within successful organisations and this inspires you to deliver the best training possible.
  • Have knowledge of apprenticeships standards and End Point Assessments.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Have strong organisation skills, with the ability to deliver to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Have previous training or coaching experience.
  • Demonstrates commitment to our values and expected behaviours.
