As a Certified Business Coach, Advisor and mentor at Avid ActionCOACH, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leadership to develop actionable insights, innovative frameworks, and effective tools to solve pressing client challenges. From identifying high-impact opportunities to implementing scalable solutions, you’ll be directly involved in creating results for our clients in our advisory and coaching role.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Insights and Analysis: Review and analyze client submissions to diagnose constraints, prioritize challenges, and recommend actionable solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Coaching Materials: Prepare and refine high-quality consulting plans tailored to client needs, ensuring deliverables align with methodologies and frameworks. Take ownership of this process over time.
  • Framework Development: Design, test, and refine scalable business frameworks and tools to address recurring client challenges. Continuously update these frameworks to reflect industry trends and evolving client needs.
  • Collaboration with SMEs: Act as a thought partner to SMEs, contributing insights and shaping strategic recommendations for client engagements.
  • Data Collection and Application: Gather data from coaching sessions and client surveys, leveraging insights to enhance tools, improve outcomes, and refine deliverables.
  • Pre-Work Process Ownership: Lead the analysis of client pre-work, including discovery meetings and post-call evaluations, ensuring solutions are data-driven and actionable.
  • Timely Deliverables: Ensure all coaching materials are completed with precision and delivered at least 72 hours before client events to facilitate seamless execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Events, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless client experiences and impactful outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their challenges are addressed with professionalism and deep business insight.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with leadership to align client deliverables with broader company goals and initiatives.
  • Mastermind Sessions: Lead mastermind sessions with high-priority and successful entrepreneurs, fostering a collaborative environment for sharing insights and strategies.
