WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR – REQUIREMENTS:

Education: University degree, preferably in a technical field;
Work experience: 3-4 years experience in a similar role / data management / reporting tools;
Language: English knowledge – at least intermediate level (speaking, writing);

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Confident user of MS Office, advanced Excel knowledge is a must;
• Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, SQL and other tools is considered an advantage;
• Understanding of commercial business context, portfolio, distribution model, and sales;
• Financial, commercial business and marketing knowledge is an advantage;
• High attention to detail and high analytical skills;
• Great communication skills and ability to cooperate with other departments.

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT – PURPOSE:

In this position you will be responsible directly or as an active team member for commercial data management and data integration projects across the ROMOBU cluster, translating commercial needs into implementation objectives, monitoring and ensuring the deliverables are met. You will ensure the efficient integration of existing and new tools, you will collaborate with other departments to align the business needs and goals, and involve them within specific projects.

WHAT WILL YOU DO – RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownership of RoMoBu cluster reporting & business analysis area, ensuring continuously data quality and accuracy within the organization, reflected into a proper set of management reports/ dashboards that monitor commercial performance & KPI;
• Coordinate topline M&S reporting activity by monitoring KPI relevancy in the current business environment, aligned cross organisation, for actionable recommendations;
• Coordinate data management processes and data integration projects;
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all applications/databases, resolving errors and addressing data management needs;
• Responsible to coordinate commercial data integration/ migration projects ensuring a smooth transition with minimal business disruption;
• Update and maintain digital applications for commercial purposes.
