Pernod Ricard Denmark is looking for a student helper (7 months assignment) to join our team in Copenhagen.

The position
The role is international, and you would be a part of the Nordic Business Performance team, along with 7 team members that covers the scope of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
Within the Nordic Finance organization, you will be supporting the Danish Finance Business Partner who acts as a key driver and trusted advisor to the local management team, providing insightful analysis and forecasts, while supporting the decision-making process.
The role requires an interest for working with numbers, excel and financial systems fuelled with business understanding and attention to detail to perform the tasks
The responsibilities
- Support the Finance Business Partner in the monitor of the local commercial Finance performance
- Prepare the monthly commercial accruals and liabilities understanding P&L and B/S impact
- Maintain and update the financial model in the rolling forecast cycle
- Help Marketing, Supply Chain and Administration in their cost follow-up
- Partner and collaborate with Nordic central teams:
- Coordinate management comments and local business inputs into the reporting, planning and forecasting/budgeting processes (P&L and Cash)
- Provide high level analyses on local business to drive performance
- Review, understand and analyze deviations with local financial targets
Who are you
- A student from a business/engineering university, ideally with a first internship experience in finance and/or a studying experience abroad
- You embrace technology and you have advanced skills in excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Power Pivot)
- The role is international so being fluent in English and have an intercultural mindset is a must
- As a person you are energetic, proactive, passionate and convivial with strong work ethics
- Self-driven, result oriented and full of initiatives

- This is a temporary assignment between September 2024 and April 2025. Part time (20h/week).
- Due to summer vacations, we will start the interviewing process in August.
