Description:

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge transfer is expected to occur throughout the duration of the assignment through regular meetings, touchpoints, and working sessions with LRC staff
  • All design, development, artefacts, and source code, including all relevant and complete documents must be transferred to the ministry in the designated repositories provided
  • Dedicated knowledge transfer sessions will be scheduled to ensure completeness of knowledge transfer and all documentation is shared, and allow LRC staff to ask clarification and/or follow up questions

  • Experience with engaging business and IT stakeholders, understand requirements for new functionality or changes to existing ones and providing high level and detailed estimates
  • Experience working in agile / iterative delivery teams
  • Expert knowledge/experience in writing detailed user stories
  • Expert knowledge/experience creating business process maps/diagrams
  • Experience with documenting deliverables (Functional and Non-functional requirements, System Requirements Specifications, Business requirements / rules, Business Process Models, Data Requirements / Models (conceptual / logical), Risks and Issues, Business and System Use Cases, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Status Reports, Test Plan / Strategies, Test Cases etc.)

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the elicitation, elaboration, analysis and validation of business requirements and data needs
  • Plans and facilitates workshops to gather requirements and create user stories
  • Provide support during the design, implementation and testing phases of the project
  • Supports the product manager and product owner to refine and groom the product backlog
  • Analyze business requirements to identify solution options or improvements
  • Works with the developers to align business requirements with solution capabilities
  • Report progress on deliverables on a regular basis at stand-ups, and other team meetings as required
  • Proactively raise risks/issues and propose mitigation strategies
