The role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, supporting our marketing and loyalty projects. The role will help drive business transformation through data-driven insights, identify and implement process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders in both technical and non-technical teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Gather, document and validate business requirements, coordinating with different stakeholders
- Perform data analysis to inform business decisions
- Define, document and implement changes to business processes and related IT solutions in the Agile methodology
- Identify business improvement opportunities and drive transformation
- Ensure project deliverables align with business needs
- Support the rollout of new systems and processes
- Provide training and support to end-users
What’s in your toolkit?
- Stong Business Analyst background with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Knowledge of retail processes, including experience in MarTech and Loyalty sectors
- Experience working with Adobe Campaign/AJO, Data and Insights, CDP, CRM
- Demonstrate continuous learning and optimising capabilities
- Proactive stakeholder engagement and ability to drive value within the team
