Description:
DELIVERABLES FOR SR. BUSINESS ANALYST:
A Senior Business Analyst FFS resource is needed for the ‘IFIS In Cloud’- Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Implementation initiative for the below deliverables:
• Provide a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
• Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, analyzing and validating business needs and requirements.
• Prepare and advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.
• Provide expert knowledge to manage large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk enterprise wide and/or multi-jurisdictional initiative.
• Ensure initiative/program is delivered cost effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with organization’s methodologies, standards, and frameworks.
• Develop sound processes for requirements gathering including but not limited to JAD sessions, interviews, mock-ups, etc.
• Conduct business modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical data modeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys; business rules definition and non-functional requirements definitions for assigned projects.
• Monitors progress, resolves problems, and reports regularly to I&IT management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate working sessions with business stakeholders, the number of sessions will be determined based on the project requirements.
• Review relevant policies and procedures and provide updates as required.
• Identifying the gaps on the business requirements between current processes and OIG capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical resources to develop OIG solution.
• Document test strategy, test scripts and test plans.
• Demonstrate OIG solution to executives, managers and end users.
• Document user guides/ manuals and processes and conduct user trainings.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and resolution of issues in collaboration with technical resources.
• Facilitate change management activities, such as build communication plan, work with key stakeholders on process changes.

- Leads and conducts business analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documents the business requirements in such a way that I&IT solutions can be determined.
- Applies re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative and cost-effective service delivery approaches.
- Leads and conducts business analysis at varying levels of detail appropriate to the project and phases of project, aligning with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology, Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process, and OPS Standard Systems Development Methodologies.
- Experience developing strategies, preparing business cases and cost-benefit analysis.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, including presentations, and briefing notes and conducting stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools to document conceptual requirements and scope.

IAM & OIG EXPERIENCE (45%)
- 3+ years working experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) including Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
- Demonstrated experience in collecting business requirements to build highly flexible and scalable enterprise identity administration system that provides centralized administration & complete automation of identity and user provisioning events across enterprise including audit trail for OIG implementation.
- Working knowledge and understanding of user roles, roles composition, role hierarchy, role-based access management and segregation of duties concepts with respect to compliance

- Demonstrated experience leading and overseeing program strategy development from inception through to project close-out and any required transition to operations, business planning, benefits identification, and organization funding requests for I&IT programs.
- Demonstrated experience understanding and articulating I&IT executive expectations and translating into program deliverables.
- Experience directing, managing, and leading multidisciplinary project team member search responsible for an element of the project and associated matrix team members.
- Experience monitoring and managing the cost, risk, schedule, governance, technical performance, and program impact of each of the component projects.
- Experience developing complex budgets based on multiple funding channels and cross organization dependencies.
- Experience analyzing program/ and organization’s environments to identify potential risks and issues; articulates and prioritizes issues and risks to senior executives; recommends mitigation strategies to decision-makers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
