OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• The Business Analyst shall have experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects. The person shall be a Certified Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong understanding of and experience with the software development life cycle.
• Self-motivated and able to perform with minimum supervision
• Excellent problem solver with ability to analyse complex requirements and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate problems with solutions to respective levels of people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Business Analyst will be required to interact with clients to understand, confirm, compare (client’s requirements with WPH solutions), prepare proper documentation and present completed materials for client’s acceptance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for digital initiatives, such as web applications, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
• Conduct thorough analysis of user needs, business processes, and data to identify opportunities for digital enhancements
• Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions, including testing and validation of requirements.
• Provide expertise in digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Support the implementation and adoption of digital solutions, including training and change management activities.
