REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years experience in similar role
• Previous experience working in Business/Systems or Quality Assurance setting, preferably in software industry
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Proven experience in documenting requirements and testing
• Knowledge in generating process documentation or standard operating procedures is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Self-starter, proactive and work well in a team environment
• Excellent command of English and at least another language at professional working level
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional certification in Agile/Scrum/Business Analysis
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Previous work within a startup environment.

This role, Business Analyst involves bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. This role also requires the incumbent to understand, analyze and document business processes, requirements and objectives. He/she plays a crucial role in ensuring IT projects and initiatives meet business objectives, deliver value efficiently.Responsibilities:

• Work with product owners, tech team and implementation team to define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements for the product
• Support Product Owners team to design, document and maintain system processes
• Analyze user stories, epics, and other product requirements, ensuring they are well-defined and actionable.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to customers
• Assist in development of KPI reports for production, automation, and validation for products
• Manage, interpret and validate all data that is collected and produced by the products
• Provide recommendations for possible process changes to help optimize current procedures
• Investigate complaints, including tracking and trending areas of concern and ensure closure
