Description:
Your Opportunity:
The Testing and QA Lead reports directly to the Director, Projects, Pharmacy Services. Using their skills as a business analyst during the implementation phase, and working in collaboration with the IT Testing Lead, the Testing and QA Lead performs all aspects of coordination, development, and documenting of testing and quality assurance on the applications, systems and equipment within Pharmacy Connect. They are responsible for providing the effective coordination of equipment and system testing, as well as User Acceptance Testing within the Pharmacy Connect program, overseeing the activities and participation of Pharmacy staff who have been identified as testers. The role is accountable for ensuring use cases and test scripts are complete and accessible for testers, providing training on the testing application, and supporting the testers during testing. Using an iterative process, the Testing and QA Lead ensures tests are executed, bugs mitigated, and the tests completed and passed.
