WHAT A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE

• Manage requests for data sets, including test strategies, functionalities, and HMI testing.
• Analyze incoming data set requests, identify requirements, and determine the actions needed to produce them.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to set up prerequisites like authorizations, access, and business investigations.
• Oversee the industrial production of data, manually enter complex datasets (JDDs), and track progress.
• Address HMI incidents related to data set production and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver, reserve, and return datasets as needed, ensuring efficient data flow.
• Provide insight into tooling projects related to data production, duplication, or anonymization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of dataset production processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Present financial and operational reports on data set requests, and participate in monitoring committees to recommend improvements.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED

• Previous experience in support roles or business analysis, especially in data management.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs, analyze complex requests, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Excellent written communication skills to ensure clear instructions and status updates.
• Ability to think critically and proactively manage challenges.
• A collaborative team player who is curious, proactive, and always looking to improve.
• Rigorous and organized, with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Fluent in French is essential.
• Familiarity with banking systems and functional case analysis is a plus.
