WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking people who possess:

• Minimum 2 years Management Accounting / Systems Accounting experience.
• Tertiary qualification in related field e.g., accounting, finance, business.
• Experience using Viewpoint Jobpac or similar ERP system.

This is a residential role based in Gladstone and not suited to FIFO / DIDO
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 a year

• Regular reconciliations ensuring integrity and timeliness of project financial date.
• Champion improvements to accounts receivable, procure to pay, payroll and job reporting.
• Develop the ERP software to effectively maintain project analysis.
• Assist with EOM and EOFY processes and reporting where required.
• AR & AP functions as required.
• Project and Cost Administration.
