• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive our software development process.
• Support the creation of a Business Analysis Centre of Excellence, sharing your expertise and driving cross-skilling initiatives within the team.
• Work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables align with our company’s technology and information strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map “as is” and “to be” processes, providing clarity on requirements, and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure that our software meets business needs by supporting UAT design, defining acceptance criteria, and coordinating user testing efforts.
