Description:

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS (SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (not mandatory).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Product Delivery, Change or Project Management.
  • Experience in SAP implementation, ITSM and CRM projects are desired.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and SCRUM methodology beneficial
  • Working knowledge of REST API’s, SQL, Web Application testing a bonus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Broad IT experience with an understanding in the following areas IT areas: Applications Development, Enterprise, Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are on the hunt for a confident, assertive and self-motivated technical Business Analyst with strong IT and Analytical skills, to join Aramex on our mission to become Australia’s most trusted independent courier.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To solve organizational information problems and assist implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. Identifying problems and opportunities within Aramex with various stakeholders and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business’ goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with business partners to detail functional and non-functional business requirements and capture business goals and key objectives.
  • Clearly articulates and documents all business requirements.
  • Manage project risk assessment while prioritizing competing business demands.
  • Manages ongoing relationship with relevant business stakeholders.
  • Coordinates handover with the Product & Customer Delivery department by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs, to communicate enhanced systems designs and new features.
  • Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies.
  • Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems.
  • Actively participates where required and assists in the field execution (rollout) of projects and systems designed.
  • Maintains project ownership with relevant internal developers and third-party vendors.
