This role is based in Jandakot and will report into the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Lead.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of utility-specific applications and business processes beneficial, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and standards related to business analysis and solution delivery.
- Experience designing and reengineering business processes.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, project management principles, and business analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques, such as user case modelling, process flow diagrams, and entity-relationship diagrams.
- Experience with change management principles and facilitating organizational change is beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications, and user stories, aligning them with strategic goals.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders at various levels, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and other discovery techniques to gather comprehensive requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance business analysis practices, demonstrating a commitment to improving efficiency and effectiveness.
