Business Analyst - Aviation Industry

Our Aviation team is looking for a Business Analyst to support of our delivery team’s endeavors.
If analyzing difficult concepts never seems difficult for you, where business sees a problem, you see a solution, and before someone says ‘plan’, you have the list of tasks ready, we have a job for you!

• Gathering and deciphering information and mapping out client business needs, a.k.a diagnosing the business problem. We have every resource you need in-house, from subject-matter experts to fine-tuned methods and processes.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement (as well as for great lunch places), and developing and implementing solutions.
• Continuous customer communication during the development process by working your magic. It will be your job to translate client needs to the team by creating technical and functional specifications.
• Being the gentle but firm helping hand by guiding clients and colleagues towards the right directions for the project. Don’t worry, you will be given the compass.
• Overseeing complex solutions: you will need to be ready to reign and handle multiple threads, process several pieces of information from different sources, and have lunch of course.
• Documenting, analyzing, and prioritizing detailed business requirements based on users’ and business needs. In the meantime, we promise not to forget about your needs.
• Supporting and maintaining a diligent documents management system and corresponding policies. You’ll need to be the king and queen of documentation and make sure its appropriate use throughout the business unit.
