JOB DESCRIPTION:

For the scrum team employer and advisor portal, we are looking for an experienced business analyst with strong analytical skills who can help realize our ambitious change calendar. Experience in the field of Pensions (product and process knowledge) is a must. With the team, you will consider which KPIs you will use to help achieve the strategic goals of the Pension Company You will test stakeholder wishes for feasibility and translate these wishes into functional specifications You will draw up and fine-tune the IT requirements and further refine them in collaboration with the developers in the team You will draw up test plans and perform test cases. You will also guide users through the GAT
(1.) To conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
(2.) To analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions.
(3.) To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
(4.) To prepare and or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
(5.) Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
