Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in the non bank lending industry and with SFDC platform exposure. The ideal candidate will be adept at bridging the gap between our business needs and our technical development team, ensuring seamless integration and optimisation of our systems. This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment and liaising with offshore technical development teams.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the lending industry.
- Exposure to SFDC.
- Demonstrated experience working with offshore technical development teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop functional specifications and system design documentation.
- Collaborate with offshore technical development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business users and technical teams.
- Ensure Salesforce platform is optimized to meet business needs and support mortgage lending operations.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users.
