Role Summary
Rockall - A Broadridge Business
is looking for the right individual to join as an Business Analyst to work with our customers on implementing our market-leading
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultancy and subject matter expertise guidance to customers and other stakeholders
- Engage with customers – both on-site and off-site – to understand, interpret, business processes and software requirements, ensuring requirements are progressed through entire SDLC
- Upon procuring customer feedback and software requirements, perform detailed analysis, produce specifications and related artefacts for consideration in future product enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the integration of customer systems and data
- Collaborate with internal and external client project managers to ensure business and technical requirements are clearly defined
- Status reporting and escalation on all matters relating to business analysis activities for all assigned projects
- Provide business insight into the development and test processes
- Create and maintain high quality end user and internal documentation
- Provide software demonstrations to internal teams and clients
- Provide input into project planning through impact assessment and estimation of analysis effor
