Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

Rockall - A Broadridge Business is looking for the right individual to join as an Business Analyst to work with our customers on implementing our market-leading COLLATE solution. You will work closely with our customers at business and technical levels, leading them to reduce risk in their commercial lending portfolios.
As a Business Analyst, you will develop a deep understanding of our COLLATE solution and how it brings value to financial institutions. You will explain integration points and configurability options to customers, work with their teams to tailor the solution, resolve any integration issues, create and maintain client and internal documentation, educate and train the customer on the use of the product.
In this role, you will develop into a subject matter expert, further enhancing Broadridge’s product leadership within the market. You will dynamically engage with our global financial services clients and work to foster a strong partnership to ensure successful implementations.
The role will necessitate some travel to work at international customer sites.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy and subject matter expertise guidance to customers and other stakeholders
  • Engage with customers - both on-site and off-site - to understand, interpret, business processes and software requirements, ensuring requirements are progressed through entire SDLC
  • Upon procuring customer feedback and software requirements, perform detailed analysis, produce specifications and related artefacts for consideration in future product enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the integration of customer systems and data
  • Collaborate with internal and external client project managers to ensure business and technical requirements are clearly defined
  • Status reporting and escalation on all matters relating to business analysis activities for all assigned projects
  • Provide business insight into the development and test processes
  • Create and maintain high quality end user and internal documentation
  • Provide software demonstrations to internal teams and clients
  • Provide input into project planning through impact assessment and estimation of analysis effor
