As a business analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in analysing and improving our business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and ensure that solutions deliver measurable value. Your work will directly contribute to driving business change, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
You’ll gather both functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into clear business documents and user stories. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll challenge their assumptions when necessary, ensuring the solutions you help design are fit for purpose. You’ll manage the requirements process, from elicitation to refinement as well as support the development of business cases that lead to real transformation.
In addition to capturing and refining requirements, you’ll play a key role in quality assurance, ensuring that outputs meet the needs of the business through user acceptance testing. Your documentation will cover everything from requirements specifications to process maps, supporting a clear path from planning to execution.
