Description:
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
As a member of our Digital Services team, you will be providing technical expertise and support to teams in Brown and Caldwell. In this role, you’ll work with a ‘start-up’ team to help drive business improvements by leveraging data, performing in-depth analysis to identify opportunities, developing solutions, and implementing them alongside stakeholders.
Typical work tasks could involve:
- Manipulation, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data using business intelligence tools.
- Supporting the generation of reports, communications, and training material.
- Analysis of project and company level data to identify areas for improvement.
- Development of dashboards and other tools.
- Supporting planning, design, and implementation of new tools, templates, standards, and automated processes to promote greater quality and efficiency.
- Participate in development activities
- Collaboration with experts and leaders on new technologies and approaches
- Demonstration of new tools and processes to colleagues and partners
- Preparing presentations for facilitating workshops on business management tools and processes
- Writing reports, memos, communications, training material, or technical specifications.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 0 – 5 years of experience with data management, data analytics, business process automation, project management, and/or business consulting.
- Strong self-motivation to solve problems, innovate and improve systems
- Basic working knowledge of project management principles and business operations.
- Organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and lead change in a business environment
- Strong skills using data to help answer difficult questions and support good decision making.
- Ability to interpret complex business/project concepts for use in novel analytics and visualizations
- Experience with data management and relational databases
- Experience with data presentation and analytics using Power BI
- Experience with Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI platforms a plus.
