For this role, you’ll be closely working with DIGIT.A.2, a Directorate-General of the European Commission. This role involves collaborating closely with Commission services and stakeholders to provide high-quality corporate solutions and information systems, supporting the Commission’s Digital Transformation and EU policies

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience with statistical software such as Stata or R.
  • Proven experience working with large Data sets and Databases.
  • An interest in policy evaluation and a willingness to undergo training in this domain.
  • An understanding of the European Commission’s Better Regulation approach.
  • Ideally, knowledge of SQL language.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with a variety of

stakeholders.

  • A dynamic and proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating the ability to work both

independently and as part of a team.

  • English: Understanding (C1), Speaking (C1), Writing (C1);
  • Very Good knowledge of the office automation tools used in the Commission (MSOffice, M-365).

  • Capability to speak to business and technical audiences;
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills;
  • Sound judgment;
