Description:

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Be able to interrogate and analyse data
  • Capable of distilling complex processes with the audience in mind
  • Be able to problem solve
  • Capable of pulling together a process flow highlighting key steps and dependencies
  • Outstanding Communication and stakeholder management skills with a high level of influencing skill.
  • Good computer and IT skills including Word and Excel and PowerBI (desirable) and an ability to uptake and assess new systems.
  • A good amount of Experience in Managing the running of Projects and/or Initiatives with software/ERP
  • BCS qualification or equivalent

KEY DUTIES

  • Manage a programme of enhancements and change in our ERP platforms
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholder in the business, responding to concerns and working to resolve issues
  • Work with the Business to develop Business Rules and translate into system processes
  • Map “as is” processes and develop “to be” processes to address issues or improvements with our ERP platforms
  • Produce technical process mapping diagrams that can be used to produce technical requirements
  • Specify system testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements
  • Preparation of user training material and process flow diagrams
  • Onboarding and training of a champion network to support the roll out
  • Manage the communication plan and support with pulling together monthly business updates
