Catalyx is seeking a Business Analyst to work for our site based in Beerse, Belgium.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Pharma industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with digital solutions such as data analytics, machine learning, and automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

THE ROLE:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for process improvement, and supporting the implementation of digital solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Create solution design based on inputs from business users and technical team and create recommendation implementation approach and plan including solution deployment, configurations and training and go live.
• Run Business discovery workshops/ discussions to gather future state process and changes in process and user requirements.
• Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to support the design and development of digital solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support the implementation of digital solutions, including training and change management activities.
• Create/ update documentation wrt current system capabilities.
• Analyze and capture analytics reporting and requirements for future needs.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for further improvement.
