About:
We are a leading law firm seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. Our firm utilizes cutting-edge technology solutions including Litify (Salesforce), ClickUp, Tableau, and JazzHR to streamline our operations and deliver exceptional service to our clients. We’re looking for a data-driven professional who can help us leverage these tools to optimize our business processes and drive performance across all departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze individual, departmental, and company-wide performance data
  • Identify and track trends, developing and maintaining company-wide reporting
  • Design and implement strategies for measuring departmental productivity based on daily activities and final outcomes
  • Create and produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date analyses for Managers, Directors, and the CEO’s office
  • Develop departmental dashboards that capture trends and performance of each employee, providing insights and proposed solutions for improvement
  • Identify performance and process gaps, recommending areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements for new reporting requests
  • Record and raise issues that hamper productivity, collaborate with department heads to overcome constraints
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards to increase productivity across the firm
  • Ensure compliance, quality, consistency, and timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and business intelligence
  • Collect and analyze performance data against defined parameters
  • Communicate complex data insights in clear, actionable ways to various stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Science, or a related field
  • Master of Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Litify (Salesforce), ClickUp, Tableau, and JazzHR
  • Experience with additional tools such as Zapier, Google Sheets, Greenhouse, CVent, Bizzabo, HubSpot, and ChurnZero is a plus
  • Proven track record of structuring large sets of data, data modeling, and creating meaningful, concise reports for leadership teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format
  • Experience working with firms generating over $20M in revenue is preferred
  • Background in Business Process Optimization (BPO) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • The ideal candidate will have a background similar to professionals from top consulting firms such as Accenture, Cognizant, PwC, McKinsey, Deloitte, or EY. They should possess the technical skills of a data analyst and quality assurance professional, combined with the guidance and leadership experience of a manager.
