We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Business Analyst.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead design and facilation of the agile Architecture governance processes, ensuring quality and consumable decisions are shared transparently across the enterprise
  • Manage, publish, and communicate the Enterprise Architecture Repository, including playbook, strategies, roadmap,s principles, guardrails, patterns, templates, and best practices
  • Deliver a single, integrated toolset for Enterprise Architecture in partnership with the End-to-End DD&T Toolkit team
  • Align Architecture Governance with Takeda’s overall DD&T Lean-Agile Governance
  • Coordinate and support the Architecture team’s internal and external partnerships, including through the Architecture Community of Pracitce (CoP) and Application Owner Community of Practice
  • Ensure customer and stakeholder feedback is incorporated into Architecture processes and operations
  • Manage Architecture team strategy and operations, including team organization, capacity planning, backlog management, and service delivery, by applying lean-agile best practices
  • Support Head of Enterprise Architecture in the planning, budgeting, and accounting for Architecture operations and services
  • Support the Head of Enterprise Architecture in talent management, including building a bench of architecture talent at Takeda, launching an architecture rotational program within DD&T, hiring/recruiting, and upskilling/training architects on critical skills
  • Track and publish the Architecture service KPIs driving continuous improvement against those measures
  • Support Architects in driving results within their DD&T Councils based on the Quarterly Health Scorecards
  • Champion increased quality, speed, value, and innovation in all aspects of Architecture across Takeda DD&T

Responsibilities:

  • Excel at process design and transparent consumable communication. Continually optimizing how processes run and how the results of those processes are shared throughout the enter-prise.
  • This role requires a driver who can keep track of many work streams facilitating prioritization, performance tracking, issue management and reporting.

  • Communication – Ability to communicate effectively through a variety of channels and levels. Understanding audiences and sharing the right information for each audience.

  • Influence and enroll others to realize ideas and objectives
  • Be a valued coordinator helping the team preform better as a whole
  • Decision-making and Autonomy (The capacity and authority to make organizational decisions, autonomy in decision-making, complexity of decisions, impact of decisions, problem-solving)
  • Self driven to identify opportunities, make timely balanced decisions and enroll others in executing those decisions
  • Principle and data driven decision making
  • Always seeks solutions vs blocking.
  • Interaction (The span and nature of one’s engagement with others when performing one’s job, internal and external relationships)
  • Key process owner for the Enterprise architecture team and broader Architecture community
  • Provides regular readouts and guidance to DD&T leadship and the broader organization.
  • Bias for Speed (Driving the completion of objectives with quality at speed)
  • Key measure include 1) quality at 2) speed while optimizing 3) costs.
  • BA or BS degree required.
  • Familiarity with SAFe methodologies
