We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as IT Business Analyst

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manages and prioritizes requests though understanding of impact, importance and urgency across multiple stakeholders, communication channels and country cultures
• Evaluates business processes, requirements and areas for improvement while developing and implementing solutions independently. Leverage synergies to deliver sound solutions.
• Serves as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure issues and requirements are recognized, understood and implemented on both sides.
• Reliably communicates across various leadership levels of the organization while maintaining the right level of details for each group.
• Develops into a subject matter expert for digital communication technologies (such as website, SharePoint, Bitly, Politemail, Viva Engage, etc.) and is recognized as such by customers and peers.
• Solves or leads others to solve complex problems with a broad impact on the business and interprets ways of prioritizing opportunities to streamline business and/or system processes.
• Identify the best technical solution based on requirements from the business.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• Bachelor degree IT, Business Administration or equivalent
• 3 years or more of relevant experience
• Strong business analyst and problem solving skills
• Ability to write, speak and lead in the English language
• Ability to adjust chosen wording to audience skills as needed
• Strong IT affinity
• Experience in presenting at business meetings
• Experience working in a virtual team
