JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Business Analyst within the Strategic Business Analysis, Planning, & Support Discipline, you will perform analytics, pricing, and segmentation to develop competitive product/market intelligence related to aftermarket and service contracts. You will be responsible for aftermarket and service strategy development, strategy modeling, business analytics, strategic planning, and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision-makers.
• Experience with strategic planning and business analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze, and report on diverse customer data sets, including converting forward-looking maintenance schedules into recommended stocking levels.
• Aid in the design and development of tools and process such as stocking models, Provisioning Lists, and Cost of Ownership models.
• Develop processes and tools to enable the Service Programs and Demand Planning functions to move to continue offering enhanced service levels to prioritized customers.
• Analyze usage data and sales history to identify additional items to expand range of Service Program offerings.
• Develop and maintain distributor to end-customer sales and on-time-delivery dashboard.
• Support annual revenue forecasting for service programs, 3rd party MRO, and distribution.
• Develop analytics for orders placed under lead time.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis reports on product line revenue forecasts.

This role is integral to developing competitive intelligence and strategic planning for aftermarket and service contracts. The Business Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations.
