We are looking for two talented Business Analysts for learning management systems. Our teams are based in lisbon in a hybrid model however we are flexible with candidates who live in other cities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the activities, make sure processes are followed, tickets are managed in time & quality;
- Manage directly L3 ticket or projects;
- Analyse releases and product features to provide proposal for enhancements and added value.
