As a consultant, you will be embedded within the Regulatory, Compliance, and Public Affairs division of a key financial services client. Youll work on the front lines of Compliance & Ethics (C&E), ensuring that our clients integrity is upheld and their reputation within the financial market remains sterling.
As part of our Analytics & Tooling team, your mission will be to leverage cutting-edge IT capabilities and data analytics to enhance compliance frameworks, detect anomalies, and improve overall risk management for the client. Keystone Solutions offers a unique opportunity to work on dynamic, high-impact projects across various financial services, gaining invaluable experience through client-focused consultancy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel as a consultant at Keystone Solutions in this role, you will need:

• A solid understanding of business operations, with strong analytical skills and familiarity with IT development processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and basic SQL, essential for analyzing and manipulating data efficiently.
• Knowledge of IT systems, databases, and applications to understand how they align with business processes.
• Experience using NetReveal or similar compliance tools such as World-Check One and SWIFT Sanction Testing app.
• Strong written communication skills to document requirements and processes in a structured and clear manner.
• A background working in or with Compliance departments, particularly in financial services.
• A passion for Compliance & Ethics, a keen eye for detail, and a risk management mindset.
• Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help others navigate the technical aspects of compliance tools.
