Description:

As a Business Analyst for Contract Pricing and Profitability, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role would support the Contract Pricing and Profitability team in the rollout of systems, processes, and methodologies that align with long-term corporate transformation objectives and goals.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Your ability to understand both business operations and technical aspects will be key to your success.
You’ll operate as a highly skilled individual contributor with some oversight on specific products/systems or subject matter areas while maintaining awareness of the broader system.
You’ll be a subject matter expert and support the user experience with the contract management tool and contract creation process.

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING:

  • Work closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business processes and pain points.
  • Analyze existing workflows, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document current-state and future-state processes using process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with emphasis on areas such as contract management, pricing execution, and metrics management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with contract management tools (e.g., Ariba, DocuSign, Icertis).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Intermediate to Advanced Excel Level, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills with all levels of the organization up to and including senior management.
  • Strong problem management and solving skills.
  • Accountable to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Green Belt, Scrum, Agile experience or certifications will be a plus.
  • Advanced English level required (B2+)
